Drop off your game console

Do you want to drop your device off for repair and leave it with us? Great! You can do that!

  1. Please ensure you select the correct service you require from the drop-down box.
  2. Please select a day and time to drop off your console using the calendar below.
  3. Complete all fields, read our Terms & Conditions, mark the checkboxes, then hit submit.
  4. Repairs will take approximately 3-7 working days, depending on the fault.
  5. We will contact you when repairs are completed and take the repair payment.
  6. We will then arrange for you to collect at your convenience.

We are based in Admirals Offices, The Historic Dockyard, Chatham, Kent, ME4 4TZ.
