Very happy with the quality of the service, but the communication and organisation could be improved. I booked an appointment online for Monday at 9:00 am for a PS5 cleaning service, as the website allows you to select a specific date and time. I dropped off my console at the agreed time and was told that I would receive an update regarding the progress of the service. Unfortunately, I didn’t receive any update, so after two days I contacted them via WhatsApp on Wednesday — but received no response. I followed up again on Friday, and thankfully received a reply with photos confirming that work on my console was finally starting. The console was then ready for collection at around 3:00 pm, which was great. However, as I was at work and the business was closed over the weekend, I explained that I would collect it on Monday. I was then informed: “Afraid not. I am away after today until 28th.” This was quite frustrating, as there had been no prior information that the owner would be away, and it made collecting the console considerably more difficult. The actual cleaning service itself deserves 5 stars — the console was professionally cleaned and I am very happy with the result. 👌🏻 However, the communication and booking process would be closer to 2 stars. It leaves me wondering what the point of booking a specific date and time for drop-off is if the console is then going to wait several days before the work actually starts. I would definitely use the service again because the quality of the work is excellent, but I would strongly recommend improving communication with customers — particularly providing updates when there are delays and informing customers in advance about holidays or periods when collection may not be possible. Great work, but better communication would make the overall experience much better.

I reached out after my PS5 went wrong and got a quick reply for a price estimate, booking in was easy, and they were very helpful and friendly. Repairs were quick and communication was excellent! So happy to have my PS5 back and working! Would definitely recommend!

They repaired the fan connector on my PS5 and did an exceptional job. The repair was completed to a very high standard, and the price was great. I’d highly recommend Console Repairs Kent to anyone who needs a console repaired.

Got my Steam Deck screen replaced by Phil and was really impressed with the service and the price compared to Valve, I manged to bodge a couple of things myself including ripping off my left vibration connector and then the screen got cracked, Phil replaced the screen and gladly fixed the things I had bodged much appreciated. I recommend this shop and will definitely be coming here again.
