Drop off your game console

Do you want to drop your device off for repair and leave it with us? Great! You can do that!

Console Repair Inspection Fee: We will charge an initial £20.00 repair inspection fee which covers diagnostic and inspection and is deductable from the final repair bill.

Game Controller Repair Inspection Fee: We don’t charge a fee for controller repairs and upgrades.

  1. Please select a day and time to drop off your console using the calendar below.
  2. Complete all fields, read our Terms & Conditions, mark the checkboxes then hit submit.
  3. You’ll be taken to a PayPal checkout page.
  4. YOU MUST COMPLETE PAYMENT SO THAT YOUR APPOINTMENT IS CONFIRMED.
  5. Repairs will take approx 3-7 working days, depending on the fault.
  6. We will contact you when repairs are completed and take additional repair payment.
  7. We will then arrange for you to collect at your convenience.

We are based in Admirals Offices, The Historic Dockyard, Chatham, Kent, ME4 4TZ.
