Repair took about a month but it seemed a really busy time of the year and I was kept updated on the repair! Once the repair was complete I paid the invoice (a very reasonable price for the service!) and received my steam deck less than 24 hours later! Really happy to have it back, thank you so much

Great value repair and service

Took my Steam Deck in to get my front and rear shell replaced with an eXtremeRate shell. Phil's a great guy, did an amazing job and sent me photos during the disassembly process. Wouldn't go anywhere else! Cheers.

I took my son’s PS5 in for repair. The unit was overheating. - common problem. Phil is a likeable chap and he did a great job! He stripped down the console and sent me before and after photographs of the fan assembly, heat sinks and repair of Liquid Metal on the APU and heat sink. A fair price too. His other business is Apple Repairs so that’s where all the reviews are if you are concerned about the lack of reviews on this business name. I did have to wait a few more days to get the console than was arranged. That can be frustrating but Phil was contactable and honest, so for me, that was acceptable. Sometimes that happens running a business. It’s still a 5 from me. I drove quite a way to use this business and will definitely again. Thanks Phil!

Very friendly and efficient service. My Steam Deck was having issues with it's control buttons. The repair was carried out quickly and the device works perfectly now. The repair was explained to me and the cost was very reasonable. Thank you.
