Really great work, kept me up to date with pictures and videos of the diagnosis and repair through whatsapp. Would highly recommend without hesitation for any electronics repair.

I sent in an utterly fried Steam Deck with little hope of repair, much less at a price better than just replacing the whole unit. After receiving the console and within just a few days I was promptly informed of the fault, the price to repair and had my own questions clarified without hesitation. It took mere hours to fix and was back in the post almost immediately, then back in my hands within 48 hours, all for a pretty reasonable cost. I can't recommend this service enough. 10/10 would definitely use again.

Phil is very friendly and helpful and fixed my son's Nintendo Switch which had a broken controller without any fuss!

My GameCube, which I had kept in storage for over 10 years had developed a fault - the laser in the disc drive had broken. Looking for a local solution, as I did not want to post my console, I came across Console Repairs Kent. Booking a drop-off appointment through the website was easy to complete and dropping off on the day was simple too. Phil was able to diagnose the problem, order the replacement disc drive for the system and install. My console was fixed and returned within three weeks, as this was a more complex repair. Phil did a great job, handling the console with care and sending video updates on the repair and explaining what had been replaced. Would recommend to others with console issues. My GameCube has worked perfectly since and with a 1 year warranty on the repair, reassured that if there was an issue, i was covered.

Phil is just awesome, previously had a botched fix on my second-hand PS5 without my knowledge and he still managed to complete the repair! Sent me photos throughout the process and explained it all to me. 10/10 Thanks again for the quick turn around and being all round super

I gave him my playstation 2 for a cleaning service, he was very friendly and done a wonderful job, I would definitely recommend for anyone who wants to send their console in.

Sent in a steam deck to be repaired after cracking the screen, was easy to follow instructions and send it off in the post. Repair took about a month but it seemed a really busy time of the year and I was kept updated on the repair! Once the repair was complete I paid the invoice (a very reasonable price for the service!) and received my steam deck less than 24 hours later! Really happy to have it back, thank you so much

Great value repair and service

Took my Steam Deck in to get my front and rear shell replaced with an eXtremeRate shell. Phil's a great guy, did an amazing job and sent me photos during the disassembly process. Wouldn't go anywhere else! Cheers.
