Postal Repairs

Description

Want to send us your game console for repairs? How it works:

1. Please purchase this inspection fee to complete an inspection service order. You will be charged an initial £20 inspection fee. The inspection fee is deducted from the final repair bill.
2. Once you have completed an order, you will be issued an order number.
3. Please write the order number on the outside of the package. If you do not include your order number with your package, repairs will take longer.
4. You’ll need to ship your device to us at your cost. Sorry!
5. Repairs will take approx 3-7 working days, depending on the fault.
6. We will contact you when repairs are completed and take additional payment.
7. We will send the repaired device back to you.

Additional charges?

We will contact you once the repair has been completed to take additional repair payment. Your inspection fee will be deducted from the final repair cost.

We operate a No Fix, No Fee service. If we cannot fix your device, we do not charge further.

Return postage costs.

We send handhelds via Royal Mail Special Delivery at £10.00.

All heavier items such as game consoles are returned by courier at £20.00.
